Pricing

You don’t pay rent when you live in one of our communities because you lease your lot for 100 years. you pay upfront so you never pay rent that can increase every year and the property can never be sold out from under you.

You purchase a 100 year lease that entitles you to park and live in the Tiny Home Site that is assigned to your lease. Once you have paid for your lease, there is never any rent, Only community fees and utilities like power, water, trash and common area maintenance.

Your electricity is metered separately by your local provider. Each community may have different guidelines. Check with us to find out the specifics for the community you are interested in.

The Texas Hill Country lots Start at $75,000.

This is only for the cost of your lease which entitles you to a lot to park your Tiny Home on.
It does not include a Tiny Home or any structure. It also does not include monthly fees or utilities.

Most Tiny Home lots in our communities are 2,500 square feet. We want our members to feel as though they are connected to the earth and the community and have lots of room to breathe.

All houses must be 399 square feet or less and meet the general aesthetic of the community.

    I am retiring this coming March and my mind is set to go tiny home for me and my brother. I am starting to look around and what part in texas are you guys located? Do you have community close to San Marcos location? Would appreciate some info.
