New California Bill AB-2430 Tiny Homes

AB 2430, as introduced, Grayson. Tiny homes.
Existing law contains various provisions addressing housing in California, including, among others, providing for the creation by local ordinance or ministerial approval, as applicable, of accessory dwelling units, and governing, under the Manufactured Housing Act of 1980, the titling, registration, and transfer of, and occupational licensing relating to, manufactured homes, mobilehomes, commercial coaches, truck campers, and floating homes.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to tiny homes.

The People Of The State of California Do Enact As Follows

SECTION 1

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to tiny homes.
